What is Cyber bullying?
Cyber bullying is when someone posts mean things about you online using any electronic device. A cyber bully spreads rumors about you because it makes him/her feel better about themselves because they have low self-esteem or they are jealous of you.

When you get something mean from a cyber bully DON'T send anything back. Block the person and tell a trusted adult.

If you don't tell a trusted adult, you will keep getting these e-mails, texts, and posts  about you and it may cause you to become stressed or depresed.
